Are There Any Statements A Worker Should Or Should Not Make Following An Injury

First of all, it’s important that the worker understand that workers’ compensation is a no fault system for the employer and it’s insurance carrier to provide medical care. It is necessary that the worker give a statement to the insurance company and provide them with a signed patient waiver so they can get their medical records. Often times people don’t want to do that but even if they hire me they have to do that anyways. That’s the most important thing for them to understand initially.
