There are a variety of stages that a personal injury case goes through; and at each step where the client is involved in the process, we spend an appropriate amount of time with them educating them, letting them know what they need to know, making them comfortable with the process. I think we have a great deal of experience and, more importantly, a lot of compassion that we bring to bare because it can be a daunting process for people to be involved in a legal case, and we know that, and we want to make that as best and as least emotional as possible.
