One of the reasons we have more than one professional assigned to a case is so that you always have access to us. And even if that particular professional doesn’t have an answer to your problem, they can take down what’s needed and we can get an answer for you as quickly as possible. But we stay in touch with our clients. We respond to calls. We respond to emails because if you have a question, it’s important to you and oftentimes you need to know sooner rather than later that answer. So we are very responsive to that.
