Our History LaMarca Law Group, P.C. is a personal injury plaintiff law firm located in Des Moines, Iowa. Since our founding, we have focused on representing injured people and helping them navigate challenging times. The firm was officially started in 1988, and we have remained committed to our core principle of representing injured people. Over the years, we have branched into related areas, but our work has consistently centered on those who have been harmed. We are one of the older personal injury firms in central Iowa, and we have been very consistent in our approach and our results. A key part of our history is the way our team has grown. Most of our attorneys have been here for a large portion of their careers, if not their entire careers. Many of us first came to the firm through a law clerk program. That program allowed law clerks to get to know how we work and how we treat clients, and it allowed us to see who shared our values and our way of doing things. As a result, the firm grew organically with people who understood our methods, appreciated our ethics, and valued our client-focused approach. This continuity shows in our tenure. Many of the people who are here now have been with the firm for over 20 years, and some for more than 30 years. One of our attorneys has been here for over 40 years. This long-term commitment reflects how we have built and maintained our culture over time.
